Shipping and Delivery

Below are our shipping rates for orders via the Fervr Store:

Australian Shipping is $5.00 and free for orders above $50
International Shipping is $15.00 for orders up to 5kg (please contact us if you wish to order more than 5kg)
Delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days (within Australia) and 2-3 weeks (International)

Returns

If you are not happy for some reason with a product you've ordered via the Fervr Store, we can accept returns in exchange for a gift voucher, providing the material is not damaged or worn in any way.
